1)  What is the difference between a bean bag chair and a Fuf Chair or a Jaxx Sac?

There are two differences that make a Fuf Chair or Jaxx Sac more supportive and longer-lasting than a traditional bean bag chair.  The main difference is in the material that is used to fill the product.

Bean bag chairs are filled with polystyrene beans, which are less expensive, lighter in weight and can break down and leak out.  Fuf Chairs and Jaxx Sacs are filled with urethane foam, which is the same material used in quality sofa cushions.  Urethane will never break down or lose its shape; and, it will comfortably support an adult.  You can re-foof (fluff up) your chair again and again … and it feels like new every time.

In addition, Fuf Chairs and Jaxx Sacs feature quality fabric covers.  Fabric covers provide year-round comfort ... they do NOT get cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

Jaxx products include an inner liner, which allows the outer cover to be removed for laundering.

2)  When can I expect delivery?

Fuf Chairs and Jaxx Sacs and Loungers are made right here in the U. S. A.  ...  on a made-to-order basis.

In general, Fuf Chair products are shipped within 5 to 10 business days of when the order is placed.  Jaxx Sacs and Loungers require only 2 to 5 business days for order fulfillment.

Orders received after 12:00 Noon Eastern are considered "Next Day's Business".

If you have a special date deadline (birthday or other occasion), be sure to call our Customer Service number ( 269 - 659 - 2900 ) for an estimated delivery date.

3)  How do I know my credit card information is secure?

5)  How do I decide between 2 colors or fabrics?

Despite our best efforts to create fabric samples that are true to color, different computer screens will display colors differently.  The best way to be assured that you are ordering the right fabric, color and shade is to see a sample in the room and in the lighting that is available.  Contact us to request up to four fabric samples (free-of-charge, of course).  There are 2 ways to do so:

Samples are mailed out the same business day that the request is received.

6)  How do I decide which size Fuf Chair or Jaxx Sac to buy?

For the quickest side-by-side comparison ... using models in each image ... see the page for Fuf Chairs or Jaxx Bean Bag Chairs.  In general, we recommend:

  • the Small Fuf or Mini Sac (3') for children up to their pre-teen years
  • the Medium Fuf Chair (3.5') for teen-agers
  • the Large Fuf Chair or Game Sac (4') for college students and adults
  • the King Fuf Chair or Metro Sac (5') for 2 adults who like to cuddle
  • the XL Fuf Chair, Master Sac or Club Lounger (6') for 2 adults to recline comfortably
  • the XXL Fuf Chair, Giant Sac or Grand Lounger (7') for 2 adults and a couple of small children!

7)  How will I know if the Fuf Chair or Jaxx Sac will fit in my room?

Every product page provides information regarding the size of that product.  Be sure to check out the product dimensions and look at the floor space requirement.  Then use a measuring tape and mark off the appropriate dimensions in the area where you expect to put your Fuf Chair or Jaxx Sac.  Please keep in mind that Fuf Chairs and Jaxx Sacs are BIG and they are difficult to package back up for return shipping!  So, check and double-check the space you have available and avoid the challenges and expense of returning the product.
