Order Procedure and Options

You have two secure options for placing an order with One Purple Frog:

use the Shopping Cart system, which is a part of the product page OR
call us at: 269 - 659 - 2900.

A "real person" is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Eastern Time to answer all your questions and take your order.

We accept Discover, MasterCard and VISA.

Each product page indicates when you can expect an order to ship (there are different lead times for different manufacturers). If you have a "special date deadline", be sure to call us for the possibility of quicker shipping. Orders received after 12:00 Noon Eastern are considered "Next Day's Business".

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your order without allowing:

10 business days (for Comfort Research products)
5 business days (for FoamLabs or Levels of Discovery products)

for shipping, there will be a 15% Cancellation Fee deducted from the Refund to your credit card.
