Shipping Policy

One Purple Frog provides FREE SHIPPING on all orders via UPS or FedEx Ground Service.

Please note:  we ship

• to the contiguous 48 States only (which excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
• to physical addresses only (no PO / APO / FPO boxes)
• Monday through Friday.

Each product page indicates when you can expect an order to ship (there are different lead times for different manufacturers).  Orders received after 12:00 Noon Eastern are considered Next Day's Business.

You will be advised of the estimated shipping date when your personalized Order Confirmation from One Purple Frog is sent to you. If you have a special date deadline, such as a birthday, please call us before placing your order, and we will be able to let you know if we can deliver by that special date.

Once we have been notified that your order has been shipped, we will advise you of that date, along with the UPS or FedEx Tracking Number. With that information, you will be able to anticipate the delivery.

Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel your order without allowing 2 weeks for fulfillment (for Comfort Research products) or 1 week (for Foam Labs and Levels of Discovery products), there will be a 15% Cancellation Fee deducted from the Refund to your credit card.
