Shipping Policy   One Purple Frog provides Free Shipping on all orders, via Ground Service from:     or     Please note:  we ship to the contiguous 48 States only (which excludes Alaska and Hawaii) to physical addresses only (no PO / APO / FPO boxes) Monday through Friday Each product page indicates when you can expect an order to ship (there are different lead times for different manufacturers).  Orders received after 3:00 pm Eastern are considered "Next Day's Business". You will be advised of estimated shipping date when your personalized Order Confirmation from One Purple Frog is sent to you.  If you have a "special date deadline", such as a birthday, please call us toll-free before placing your order, and we will be able to let you know if we can deliver by that special date. New Policy, effective June 1, 2007:  If you cancel your order without allowing 2 weeks for fulfillment, there will be a 15% Cancellation Fee deducted from the Refund to your credit card.
